I gave a 1975 Toyota Celica gas tank , They did a amazing job . I recommend them

I received excellent service from Dan and the rest of the team. I came slightly past their closing time and Dan kindly took my motorcycle tank nonetheless. I told Dan I couldn't afford a new liner and i just needed a hole patched but he generously gave me a new liner anyways, for free, without asking. Their turnaround time was also very fast, they had my tank fixed in only 3 business days. I would highly recommend gas tank exchange and I will be returning next time I find myself needing a tank repaired.

I didn’t take any service from this place. I gave five star for transparency. For an old toyota car gas tank leak repair they said I have to open my tank and bring it to them. They will fix it for $350. Local mechanic replaced it by $400 only. Their service charge is really too high.

Absolute pleasure to deal with, super fast turnaround, saved me a ton of money from having to buy a new tank from the dealership and gave me a 3 year warranty. These guys rebuilt my gas tank about 5 yrs ago. Since then my Supra was being restored. We installed the tank and found it had a factory defect. Brought it back to Toni. They fixed it free of charge. Didn't ask for a receipt or anything!!! Thanks Toni

Very fast service, my truck fuel tank all rusted and leaking diesel. Took it for them. Dropped it off. I went to buy some stuff and finished work around the area , 3 hours later it was done and looked like new all freshly painted and fixed . So I'm back on the road the next day , very efficient and fast

From my first telephone conversation with Toni, I knew that this was a company that I wanted to do business with. I had a leak in my Mazda’s gas tank and a replacement tank was unavailable. To compound my dilemma I live in Durham Region. It became clear to me that shipping my gas tank would not be easy. Toni solved my problem by referring me to a neighbouring mechanic named Ray (R&T Auto Service). Well Ray worked in tandem with Gas Tank Exchange/Renu and my gas tank was removed, refurbished and reinstalled the same day. Incredible quality finishing and first class service. The tank will outlast my Mazda- of that I have no doubt. I am extremely grateful for the tremendous attention to detail and outstanding customer service. Ray is an excellent mechanic and an honest man. I was expecting an expensive repair,gas tanks aren't most shops forte, so you're at their mercy. My fuel line leak cost me $113, taxes in, thanks again Ray.

They did a great job welding a hairline crack on my tank and also stripping off the old coating that was cracking away and reciating it.

Their add specifically says renew your gas tank versus replacing with a new one as well as vintage and classic restoration vehicles welcome. Well we drove 6 hours roundtrip from Kingston after telling Dan what was the problem and he said he could do it just to be told he can't once we drove all the way there! They were very polite, however I was disappointed for the trip to bring my Ferrari Mondial 8 gas tank. If you can't do work on all makes and models and/or Vintage and Classic restoration welcome, then you should remove that statement!

Excellent service and work. I needed a larger fuel return line added to a tank for my project car and they added exactly what I needed and also fixed a leaking sending unit. Very impressed with the service and communication.

Welcoming environment, very courteous and friendly staff. Timely work, and reasonably priced. They did their best to fix my gas tank within the limited time frame I had, and completed the job quicker than expected without even a prior appointment. 3 year warranty gives the customer confidence in the quality of their work. My experience was nothing but positive, and I recommend their work to anybody in need of their services.
